
Austrian quality and family traditions
Our mill is manufactured in Austria by a small family company with long-standing traditions in crafting stone mills. With it, we grind the grains we grow ourselves, in the same authentic way our ancestors did.
The journey from grain to fluffy flour
The process is slow and precise to preserve all the valuable qualities of the product:

Feeding: The grains are poured into the upper hopper, from where they slowly flow through a special opening.

- Grinding: They fall between two stones, which through friction transform them into fluffy wholemeal flour.

- Hand packaging: The finished wholemeal flour is packaged entirely by hand.

The art of sifting
To obtain type wheat or light rye flour, we add another important step – sifting through special sieves. This process removes the bran, which leads to:

Better baking qualities of the final product.
