Why is our spelt flour different?
- Traditional Stone-Milling: We mill the grain slowly and without heating to preserve its beneficial components. Then, we carefully sift the bran with the finest sieve to achieve the characteristic slightly yellowish color and delicate texture.
- Natural Contact with Nature: During stone-milling, the grain only touches natural materials, composed of the same elements as the soil in which it grew.
- High Protein Content: Spelt is known for its rich composition, and our flour offers an impressive 13.6 g of protein per 100 g of product.
- Easy Digestion: Spelt is more easily digestible than modern wheat, making it a preferred choice for dietary and children's nutrition.
