Ingredients (for 4 pancakes):


Preparation:

  1. Whisking: Whisk the eggs into a fluffy foam using a wire whisk.

  2. Mixing: Add the rice flour and mix very well until you get a smooth batter.

  3. Cooking: Grease a pancake pan with a little coconut oil. Pour some of the batter and cook the pancake on both sides. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.

  4. Finishing: Optionally, you can spread a little more coconut oil on the cooked warm pancakes for extra flavor.
