
Rice Pancakes
Looking for a light, protein-rich, and healthy breakfast? These rice pancakes are the perfect solution. Made with only two main ingredients and Ecosam rice flour, milled in a stone mill, they are incredibly delicate and easy to digest. The perfect start to the day for the whole family!

Ingredients (for 4 pancakes):

4 eggs

4 tbsp Ecosam rice flour

Coconut oil (for greasing the pan)
Preparation:

Whisking: Whisk the eggs into a fluffy foam using a wire whisk.

Mixing: Add the rice flour and mix very well until you get a smooth batter.

Cooking: Grease a pancake pan with a little coconut oil. Pour some of the batter and cook the pancake on both sides. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.

Finishing: Optionally, you can spread a little more coconut oil on the cooked warm pancakes for extra flavor.
