Courier Services We ship all orders via the following courier companies:

• Speedy: Delivery to the recipient's door or to a Speedy office/locker.

• Econt & Sameday: Delivery only to a courier office or locker (box).

Speedy Delivery Rates

• For orders up to EUR 40.00:

  • Standard delivery to Speedy office: EUR 3.00

  • Standard delivery to address: EUR 8.00

  • Standard delivery to locker (box): EUR 2.00

• For orders over EUR 40.00:

  • Standard delivery to Speedy office/locker: FREE (EUR 0.00)

  • Standard delivery to address: EUR 5.00

Econt Delivery Rates

• For orders up to EUR 80.00:

  • Standard delivery to Econt office: EUR 8.00

  • Standard delivery to locker (box): EUR 4.00

• For orders over EUR 80.00:

  • Standard delivery to Econt office/locker: FREE (EUR 0.00)

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed.

• Express Delivery: Within 1 working day (only for orders placed before 14:00h).

• Remote Areas: Up to 3 days depending on the courier's service schedule for your region.

Terms & Payment

• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email or a phone call to confirm the details. You may add or replace products during this confirmation.

• Payment Method: Orders via www.ecosem.bg are paid via Cash on Delivery (Postal Money Order) – in cash to the courier representative.

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00h on the day of the order (or until 14:00h for express orders). If a cancellation is made after these deadlines or if an order is not collected, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
