Why is it unique?
- Artisanal process: First, we slowly grind the spelt on a stone mill, without heating the grain. Then, we carefully sift out the bran with the finest sieve until we obtain tender white flour with a characteristic golden hue.
- Maximally preserved ingredients: Even in its "white" version, our flour retains the beneficial substances of spelt, thanks to the gentle contact with the natural stones of the mill.
- Purity and origin: The grain only comes into contact with natural materials, made of the same minerals it was nourished by in the soil while growing in our field.
- Easily digestible: Spelt is known for its light gluten structure, making this flour an excellent choice for dietary nutrition.

When grinding grain on a stone mill, it comes into contact only with natural materials – the stones, which are made of the same elements as the soil. During this traditional process, the grain once again comes into contact with the substances and minerals it was nourished by to grow. Our white spelt flour is prepared precisely in this way, to preserve its beneficial properties as much as possible.
