- Natural contact with nature: During milling, the grain comes into contact only with the natural stones of the mill, which preserves its biological integrity.
- Nothing added, nothing removed: The flour contains all the valuable oils from the germ, fibers from the bran, and protein from the endosperm.
- High fiber content: Barley is an excellent substitute for wheat, offering higher nutritional value and greater satiety.
Culinary tips: Barley flour gives baked goods a specific sweetish taste and rich aroma. For optimal results and better volume, we recommend replacing up to 50% of the wheat flour in your favorite recipes with barley flour.
