Why is our organic white flour different?
Gentle stone-mill grinding: The wheat is milled slowly without heating, ensuring the maximum preservation of natural nutritional qualities, enzymes, and vitamins.
Natural color and composition: We mill the grain into whole wheat flour, from which we sift out only the coarsest bran using the finest sieve. The result is a natural product with a characteristic slightly creamy color.
Richness from nature: Thanks to the traditional method, our flour contains the valuable oils from the germ and protein from the endosperm of the grain.
Pure organic product: During milling, the grain comes into contact only with natural materials — the stones, which carry the mineral composition of the soil itself.
