
Fluffy chocolate cake with whole wheat flour and delicate frosting
This chocolate dessert is proof that classic flavors can be even richer when quality ingredients are used. The use of natural whole wheat flour, stone-ground, gives the cake a wonderful texture and lightness, while the rich natural cocoa and chocolate glaze turn it into a true temptation for any occasion.

For the cake:

200 grams natural whole wheat flour

50 grams natural cocoa

140 grams brown sugar

100 grams melted butter

2 eggs

220 grams water

15 grams baking powder
For the glaze:

100 grams cooking chocolate

20 milliliters cooking cream (20% fat)
Instructions:

Prepare the mixture: Whisk the eggs with a wire whisk. In a deep bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, water, and baking powder. Mix very well until fully homogenized.

Baking: Grease a small round baking dish (20 cm diameter) with butter. Pour in the mixture and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

Invert: The cake rises significantly during baking. Immediately after removing it from the oven, invert it onto a dessert plate or tray.

Chocolate glaze: Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it over a double boiler. While stirring continuously, add the cream to the melted chocolate.
