Who are we?

Nice to meet you - Miroslav and Stefan!

It all started back in 2014 when our search for healthier food for our children turned out to be an impossible mission.

The next step - to grow spelt ourselves and grind it on a stone mill for home use - gradually turned from a hobby into a business venture!

How the desire for healthy food exceeded the boundaries of our own homes and became a cause to be of benefit to others, you can read here.
